OPTIMAL TRACTION
The Vapor 17 Elite features a wave-like traction pattern with a series of cascading studs that engage more surface area of the Air Zoom unit, providing the necessary amount of grip. The stud height is carefully designed, with the largest stud matching the height of Nike's traditional middle studs, ensuring consistent traction. The combination of evolved chevron and blade studs with the wave-like traction pattern enables seamless acceleration, deceleration, and quick cuts.
ENHANCED BALL CONTROL
Nike Gripknit, a sticky material, now occupies even more surface area on the cleat, providing better touch to the ball when dribbling at high speeds or going for goal. This material molds to the shape of your foot, giving you equal grip regardless of weather conditions for a sculpted, track spike-inspired fit. The micromolding texture works in tandem with Gripknit to help form to your foot, ensuring a secure connection.
